The A Touch Of Romance ‘Where Dreams Come True’ concept was conceived in May 2000 by Company Director Jacqui Walker, when a niche was proven to exist in the area of service standards in the Bridal retail industry. No time was wasted in securing the opportunity to impact the marketplace and Make Dreams Come True resulting in the first showroom opening 3 months later in August 2000. Since then, the showroom base has tripled and a corporate HQ has been established to facilitate further growth toward a goal of implementing World-Class systems to sustain a World-Wide growth goal. Significant client-based achievements to date have included being the final choice of 6,219 Brides and their parties wedding fashions (and counting!) and many numerous awards from the Australian Bridal Industry Academy (ABIA) together with becoming Ada Nicodemou’s choice for her high-fashion requirements whilst visiting Queensland for an awards evening (Ada plays ‘Leah’ in Channel Seven’s Home & Away - click here for the full story). All throughout Australia, A Touch Of Romance showrooms are recognised as every Beautiful Bride’s preferred Bridal store.
